Calendar Progress

 A whole week of vacation later and I have just three pockets to show for my Advent Calendar. 

 But what I'm lacking in progress, I made up for in inspiration by digging through boxes at my parents' house to find the advent calendar of my childhood. 

As promised there are sequins galore! 

The ornament that I am most excited about making is a drum.  Maybe It's because I think my three little boys will like it. 

Of course I need to get to work.  Less typing--more embroidering!
