Yesterday while driving in the car I informed Jeremy: "I think we need to start keeping the knives up on top of the fridge.""Really?" asked Jeremy.
From the back seat a small four-year-old voice piped up, "No, but then I won't be able to reach them!"
I turned back to Jeremy as we both said, "That's exactly the point."

Hey,that's funny, I moved our knives to the cupboard above the stove when my oldest was about 2 1/2! I found the two of them playing swords with the steak knives one day and that was the end of that! :D
That is funny! We have had to move our scissors because a certain 2 year old can fit her hand in the drawer despite the baby lock and pull them out. She tried cutting her brother the other day...and then threatened that she needed a haircut...so the scissors are up on top of the fridge for now!
